ABSTRACT
Drug research is changing because of artificial intelligence (AI), which offers previously unheard-of efficiency
and accuracy at distinct phases. Artificial intelligence helping to revolutionize this world, due to its amazing algorithmic
nature. This article examines the many ways that artificial intelligence (AI) is used in pharmaceutical research,
highlighting its advantages, uses, and potential. AI uses machine learning algorithms, predictive modeling,
and virtual screening to transform drug research, from speeding target discovery to customized therapy. Prominent
developments that tackle data integration issues include de novo drug discovery, predictive toxicity, and accelerated
high-throughput screening. The ability of AI to evaluate large datasets improves knowledge of drug-target interactions
and the causes of illness. The cooperation between AI and drug discovery is emphasized by programs
that support cooperation and open data. The pharmaceutical industry is about to undergo an evolutionary shift because
of AI's revolutionary influence on drug development, which holds great promise for innovative discoveries
and improved patient outcomes.
