NOVEL EFFECTS OF PARCUMIN C-19 COMPLEX IN THE TREATMENT OF COVID-19 INFECTION

ABSTRACT

In Unites State of America Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) outbreak is an ongoing pandemic caused by severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) with 10,000,000.0 mortalities nationwide. Pars Bioscience Research Center of Leawood Kansas USA has determined the main clinical manifestation of COVID-19 is the presence of respiratory indications; however, some patients develop severe cardiovascular and renal complications. Here at Pars Bioscience Research center, we have determined there is an urgency to understand the mechanism by which this virus causes problems in order to develop treatment options. Parcumin C-19 Complex, a natural polyphenolic compound, may be a potential healing option for patients with coronavirus disease. We have already made assessment some of the potential effects of Parcumin C-19 Complex, such as inhibiting the entry of virus to the cell, inhibiting encapsulation of the virus and viral protease, as well as modulating various cellular signaling pathways.
