ABSTRACT
In the advanced field of nanotechnology, nanoparticles are revolutionizing diverse discipline, including medicine, environmental protection and electronics, thanks to their remarkable optical, electrical and magnetic properties. Among these, zinc oxide nanoparticles stand out for their versatility, enhanced by their high surface areas and unique chemical attributes. Historically valued since the Bronze Age, ZnO's intrinsic properties ranging from antimicrobial effects to UV filtering make it a prime candidate for innovative applications. Our study delves into the eco-friendly green synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles using Aloe vera gel, a plant revered for its therapeutic potential. By harnessing plant extracts, we aim to merge sustainability with efficiency in nanoparticle production. Furthermore, using insilico method we combined the zinc-curcumin complex and investigated the synergistic effects of this complex in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) treatment through molecular docking with albumin. This dual approach not only explores novel therapeutic avenues but also aligns with contemporary demands for environmentally-conscious methodologies in medical research. Through this integration of natural resources and advanced computational techniques, our research strives to pave the way for groundbreaking treatments in RA, showcasing the profound impact of biogenic nanoparticles on modern medicine.
