Abstract
HYALURONIDASE ENZYME PRODUCED BY S. AUREUS AND RELATIONSHIP WITH BIOFILM FORMA

ABSTRACT

This study was designed to detect produce hyaluronidase enzyme and the ability to produce biofilm from local isolates of staphylococcus aureus obtained from various injuries. Results showed that 20 out of 60 suspected bacterial isolates obtained from 40 samples. Results showed that Staphylococcus aureus ability to produce hyaluronidase enzyme 90% by using two methods; plate assay method and turbidity reduction assay method. Only 16 (40%) isolates positive biofilm formation.16 (40%) isolates of S .aures producing strong hyaluronidase and also their ability to produce biofilm.
