Abstract
A SYSTEMATIC APPROACH FOR QUALIFICATION OF UV- SPECTROPHOTOMETER

ABSTRACT

Spectrophotometers must be qualified before the start to analysis the sample. Qualification is done by using the reference substance, and the absorbencies of all other substances are measured relative to the reference substance. The Qualification of uv spectrophotometer is required that the instrument is suitable for its intended use and establish the documentary evidence that the Spectrophotometer(s) are capable to perform and meet the acceptance criteria of the test like: Control of wavelength, control of absorbance and Limit of stray light etc.
