Abstract
NATURES DISPENSATION TO OVERHELM OBESITY AND ITS CONSEQUENCES

ABSTRACT

Weight gain is inevitable if the intake of calories is more than the burned calories. Obesity is a very serious concern and it gives birth to many other serious health problems. There are a few cases where an individual has no control it as it is heredity or genetics problem, hormonal disturbance, etc. However, in most of the cases it is due to lack of exercise and unhealthy diet. Conditions such as heart failures, respiratory tract illnesses, and diabetes and blood pressure problems are all significantly worsened by obesity and can have life threatening consequences. In this paper, we review about the obesity, causes, complications, and natural remedies.
