REVIEW ON QUWAT E MUDARRIKA E BATINA (INTERNAL PERCEPTIVE POWER)

ABSTRACT
Unani system of medicine have many unique concept which makes it different from other system of medicine. Such as, Concept of Trimatter theory, Umoor e tabiya, Concepts of Tabiat, Arkaan e Arba, Mizaaj, Akhlat, Quwa, Asbab e Sitta Zaruriyah. Umoor e Tabiaya are the six Essential factors, which are essential for life, If any one of these are affected, human health will also be affected. They are seven Essential factors. They are Arkaan, Mizaaj, Akhlat, Aaza, Arwaah, Quwa and Af'aal. Quwa is the sixth factor in Umoor e Taba'iya. Quwa (power) with the help of which any living creature, is able to perform Functions. Quwat e Mudarrika Andruni or Quwat e Mudarrika e Batina (Internal perceptive Faculties or internal sensory power is Faculty recognize and perceives the particular forms and meanings of those things which are perceived by external sensory faculties eg. Food, fruits etc also called as Hawas e Khamsa Batina (Five Internal sensory power). They are:- Composite sense:- It perceives the particular forms of things which are not perceived by external sensory faculties. Power of Imagination:- It stores the information which are perceived by Hiss e Mushtarak. Power of Apprehension:- It Perceives the meanings of things which are perceived by external sensory organs. It is supreme i.e having the highest authority of all internal perceptive faculties. Power of memory:- Stores the meanings of things which are perceived by Quwat e Wahima. It is a Treasury of Quwat e Wahima. Power of modification:- It modified the things by splitting the things or by integrating the things, or by matching or mixing two things.
